Do you accept walk-ins?
All services are by appointment only. We don't accept walk-ins, but we're happy to accommodate same-day appointments if there is availability.
What should I do before my first appointment?
Your first appointment may require additional time, so please allow for this in your schedule.
Arrive 5–10 minutes early to fill out the consultation form (if you haven't done so online).
If you add polish, please wear or bring open-toed shoes so it doesn't smudge.
Is the service covered by insurance?
All services performed by our medical nail technicians are considered cosmetic and are not currently covered by insurance.
Can I bring children to my appointment?
For the well-being of our guests, we ask that children under the age of 12 not accompany you to your appointment.
We also do not recommend services for children under the age of 10 — but if your child has a unique situation, please reach out and we'll discuss options.
What's your cancellation policy?
A credit card is required to secure your appointment.
Please give us at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
Less than 24 hours' notice incurs a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows are charged the full 100% service cost.
How do gift cards work?
Gift cards may be redeemed for services at Remedi Nail Spa.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed on the same day they are purchased.
They are non-refundable, have no cash value, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Bonus (promotional) gift cards are valid for services only, cannot be used for gratuities or retail, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
Are you mask-friendly?
Yes — we support your decision either way. Our technicians wear a mask for the duration of your appointment.
Do you have a referral discount?
Yes! If you were referred by a current client, fill out the referral form on /referral to claim 15% off your first service.
