This position plays a key role in creating a seamless, elevated client experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and takes initiative without being asked.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally, both in-person and by phone
  • Manage scheduling, confirmations, and client check-ins/outs using booking software
  • Communicate clearly and kindly via email, text, voicemail, and social media inquiries
  • Help with intake forms, record-keeping, and overall client organization
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and waiting area
  • Assist service providers in keeping the spa flow smooth and efficient
  • Sterilize implements, run the autoclave, and clean up after services
  • Restock refreshments, supplies, and maintain retail displays
  • Perform light cleaning and take out trash
  • Follow all spa protocols and maintain a calm, professional environment
